I joined this quest because even though I got plenty of sleep the quality of that sleep was terrible. Even after cleaning my environment and eating healthy my energy level was super low. I'm really loving the new levels of energy I am experiencing. With only a few tweaks to my current routine and adding new ones I learned in this quest I am not only getting better quality sleep, but having higher levels of energy throughout the day. I know when I am feeling low energy what I did to mess with my sleep patterns, but how to fix it for the next day.
