The Mastery of Sleep

"There is something for everyone and even one small change could make a huge difference"

My sleep is really erratic and my partner and I can go to bed and get up at different times. Putting the bedroom and hallway lights on at different times caused a few arguments!
The biggest change is simply making the effort to consciously think about your sleep habits, being easy on yourself if your pattern is different to your partners. Buying a motion activated blue light blocker night light for the bathroom has made a big difference to both mine and my partner's sleep. We both tend to wake in the night needing to use the restroom!
I've really enjoyed having a power down hour, too. It's too easy to keep my screen open, watch the TV then wonder why I am not sleeping 5 mins later in bed. I've started getting things ready for work the next day, or having a bath with aromatherapy oils-it's become some me time I look forward to!
The quest offers a wealth or resources and tips that can accommodate different sleep pattern-it's not one size fits all approach. There is something for everyone and even one small change could make a huge difference.
