"I wake up each day feeling refreshed energized"

Before I started the program I was going to bed at 9:30 10:00 . But for some reason, I would wake up at 12:30 or 1 wide awake and take forever to fall asleep.
After I learned my chronotype(Lion) applied the power-down hour changed my bedroom lighting to a red bulb.
Changed my eating time. Huge difference.
New bed time between 10:45 -11:15 , dinner around 7:45-8:00 , exercise just before lunch and/or mid to late afternoon.
I wake up each day feeling refreshed energized. Thank you !!!
