Before this program, I was struggling with sleep. I felt tired all the time because I would wake up several times during the night. Thanks to the Sleep Doctor, now I go to bed and (try hard to!) wake up at the same time every day. I don’t wake up as often at night, and when I do, I don’t get anxious anymore because now I understand that it’s completely normal! I also know what my chronotype is and what it entails, and, even though it doesn’t fit perfectly well with a teacher’s schedule, I manage pretty well. Thank you, Sleep Doctor and Mindvalley for making my sleep life, and in turn, my life, a lot better!
