"I now have very few and short awakenings during the night, waking up without an alarm clock, and it's so, so much easier to get out of bed in the morning"

I started this program because I was waking up 2-3 times throughout the night, sometimes being awake for an hour, and then waking up feeling tired and sluggish. Even when I didn't wake up during the night, I usually wanted to snooze my alarm multiple times before forcing myself to get up.

This quest gave me insights that allowed me to make habits and stick to them easily, with the result that I now have very few and short awakenings during the night, waking up without an alarm clock, and it's so, so much easier to get out of bed in the morning.

The best part is that I actually have a high level of energy throughout the entire day, right up until 20 min before my bedtime which is amazing for my productivity (e.g. I had meetings in the morning and gave a presentation at 7:30 pm in the same day and still felt alert after) and being able to still focus and do things I like outside of work (such as reading, learning a language, exercise).

This quest exceeded my expectations and with all the benefits I've experienced there is no doubt in my mind I will take the knowledge I've learned and keep these habits for the rest of my life.

I was able to accomplish something that seemed impossible to me for more than 30 years! I started the quest going to bed at 4am, 5am and sometimes 6am, waking up at least one time per night and having trouble to start my day in the morning. Now I go to sleep between...
