The Mastery of Sleep

"This is the best quest I have gone through"

I have never worked full time before due to my poor sleep, being exhausted and away tired. I was asked to work 100% and not 70% as I did. I love my work, working with metal disabilities. I could never say yes to that if it wasn’t for this quest. AND this week is the first, and few month ago I would be exhausted and nearly depressed if I tried a full time work. So this really works.
And the last week I have not been awake in the night. I have slept between 6 and 6.5 hours and feel just good. Even now with more new things and stress due to full time job.
The things that worked best or impacted me most was 1, to know about my chronotype. To know when to go to bed and get up. And really not spent time in bed trying to sleep, especially when waking up in the middle of the night or many hours in the morning, when time.
I do almost everything Sleep Doctor told us. Many things I did before. But not consistent and not in the right order.
2. To practice PDH, spent time with some oils in my sauna and stop all the social media and lights from 9pm, wearing blue blockers, specially if needed on screens at work. It the whole package.
3. In the morning I always drink a glass of water with lemon, do the 10 min power workout in Mindvalley program in my bright full spectrum light in bikini since my light also produce som D-vitamin, and bright light on the whole body also matters, then I drink a green homemade juice, take a cold shower and ready for my new day.
1 hour in the evenings for PDH, and 30 min for the morning and I am getting tons of more good hours a day and my life back.
4, Bad believes about our sleep was also a big part for me. I didn’t think that I had one or that anyone had any, so to say to myself my new positive beliefs killed all the negative.
And still I say some positive phrases about sleep everyday and many times. It is like I have had a negative pattern that says all those negative things before, so it was not a new routine to learn. The pattern and routine was there. I just had to a change their into positive beliefs and they are still going on, and it feels so good and relieving. And also thankfully.  And to be grateful makes me also more grateful, relaxed, happy and reduces so much stress in my body and my life.
This was long, and I could say more.
Food is also I important, happy that food choices also was included in the program. My diet is pretty good, but happy to learn about night snacking. Both that it is okay to eat something late. And sometimes we eat dinner to early for my chronotype and biology. Sometimes at work I eat at 6. PM. That is way to early for a dolphin
Then a half apple with nut butter make me not hungry anymore and I sleeping during the whole night. Honey didn’t work. This is the best ques I have gone through.
