Since taking the course, I have to thank Dr. Breus, I sleep through, my sleep quality is so much better and I wake up feeling more refreshed and energetic. I am trying to maintain a consistent bedtime, but find this a little challenging. The 4-7-8 method stretches and relaxation methods from toe to the torso are a boon. I do them every night. I definitely recommend this quest.

Before I started this program, I awoke at least 3 times a night, sometimes I would be awake for an hour maybe more, my sleep quality was poor, the slightest noise and I was up. All of these things only started after I had kids, prior to that I slept really well.
