Before taking up The Mastery of Sleep, I feel I will never be able to have a good night's sleep whenever I need one. It's like you can never tell what will happen when you wake up the next morning tired, or just have been tossing around in bed the whole night!
After taking this Quest I feel I am in control of my sleep for the first time since I was born, say! I feel great and energised when I wake up every morning! My mind is sharp during the day which relates to better performance and productivity. I learned a lot about healthy habits and helpful daily routines to maintain a healthy sleeping pattern for the rest of my life.
Reasons why I recommend this Quest is because is your don't have a good night's sleep, you simply can't function well during the day. It will affect all areas of your life, one way or another.
Areas of my life in which I’ve noticed the biggest changes in my life is my energy level, mood and weight loss.

2. New habits and consistency will transform your life inside out.
3. I can help my family members get their good sleep too.
The biggest positive change I’ve noticed is that I'm a much happier and healthier person nowadays and it's resonating to everyone I meet. Quite a few have already commented that I look refreshing!
