From finding out the science behind sleep to finding out my chronotype to learning the morning routine to the Power Down Hour to upgrading my bedroom to napping done right to fighting jet lag, it has been a pleasure to take part in this journey.
I cannot thank Dr Breus and the MV team for creating such a gem of Quest. I will miss doing this a lot. But it is not over for me yet! I still have the Q&As to watch and learn, as well as making this a lifelong habit of mine and improving my sleep :))
