"I found myself talking about my learnings to everyone around me because I thought it was so awesome!"

I started this program right after the COVID-19 outbreak in Montreal. 27 of my residents had died from it, work was super stressful and I did not sleep too well. I was pretty exhauted. Of course, taking time off was out of the question. So I decided to improve my sleep in order to make it through (I was already meditating, following a healthy diet and doing other things to keep my balance). I found this quest to be very instructive and interesting. I learned a lot of new things I never heard of in my training as a coach in naturopathy. And I found myself talking about my learnings to everyone around me because I thought it was so awesome! 

Thank you, Dr Breus, for all this precious information. I have not managed to implement all the changes to my routines yet, but I will keep working on it!
