Before this program, I was struggling to get at least one good night's sleep. I was gaining weight like crazy and went to sleep right after dinner which completely disrupted my sleep. 
This quest helped me find the right bedtime and wake-up time and an amazing gift of power down an hour before I sleep. One of my biggest takeaways is that going to sleep is a process. It's like taking your leg off the accelerator and slowly putting it on the break. Another takeaway is napping. Napping almost ruined my nighttime sleep, but with the information and insights in this quest, I found the right way for me to nap.
