Before the quest, I suffered from sleep deprivation and I did not how to improve it. I learned few things from other quests but it was not enough to have the best sleep. I also had fears about not sleeping before 10 pm and false ideas that deteriorated my state. Also, I had practices that actually encouraged sleep deprivation.
After this quest, I am developing new habits and I already feel the results of my efforts. I am certain that with time I'll perfect my hibernation habits and reach my goals of perfect health, happiness, abundance and longevity.
