After going through the programme, I only take painkillers when needed and that is rarely. I feel better through the night. If I wake up in the middle of the night, I tend to go back to sleep quite quickly. I also now sleep with ear plugs and eye masks. This programme has been extremely helpful. I have managed to incorporate a lot of Dr Beus' suggestions and they have been very effective. thank you very much. I don't feel like an 80-90-year-old and I am getting better day by day.
