Before this program I woke up a lot through the night, woke up very early in the morning, felt awful and I had a constant foggy heavy head. I took pain killers daily for years and though I am in my 50's, I felt like I was in my 80s - 90s. I am post menopausal and its been a very had time for years.
 After going through the programme, I only take painkillers when needed and that is rarely. I feel better through the night. If I wake up in the middle of the night, I tend to go back to sleep quite quickly. I also now sleep with ear plugs and eye masks. This programme has been extremely helpful. I have managed to incorporate a lot of Dr Beus' suggestions and they have been very effective. thank you very much. I don't feel like an 80-90-year-old and I am getting better day by day.
