"I'm just starting the Sleep programme in the hope and expect (!) that I can improve my sleep"

I'm just starting the Sleep programme in the hope and expect (!) that I can improve my sleep. Currently I don't wake feeling refreshed; I often wake 2-3 times a night. Occasionally altho extremely tired and on the edge of sleep I wake up and know that I won't get to sleep for the next several hours. I end up tired through the day and if this patterns goes on for a while, I get irritable. My focus and attention and memory are also affected. Apart from all that - I'm brilliant!!
