Before this quest, it was taking 2 hours or more just to fall asleep. When I would finally get to sleep, I would literally wake up every hour on the hour. Dr. Breuss has taught me there's a lot more that goes into sleep than just going to bed and waking up. It turns out, I was getting entirely too much sleep for my chronotype. When I implemented his suggestions, and I did them all, I found what worked for me. I was on the verge of going back down the rabbit hole of depression and now I'm not. I am getting the sleep I need and the quality has improved 1000+%. I am so glad I took this quest and became a member of Mindvalley. It has truly changed my life. If you have trouble sleeping, this is the course for you, I may even do it again, just to make sure I didn't miss something. AMAZING!
