Every morning I wake up, I used to feel like I hadn't slept enough. I always felt like I needed to catch up my sleep on a day off, but I never had a chance to have one for about 2 months. I believe, the momentum of being sleep deprived affected me psychologically that, even if I have had plenty of restful sleep, I still feel like I haven't got enough sleep. It's like having greed to sleep more and more.
It's been 5 years now, but I still feel like I haven't had enough. I hope this program will improve my sleep quality and help me set my mind in a different way.
