"Feeling so much more energized the next day"

Before the program, I struggled to go to bed early, and as a result, the next day, I was not very productive. 
During the program, I changed it from midnight to 9.30 pm as a bedtime. And that makes a difference, feeling so much more energized the next day. And having time to practice my own qi gong, yoga and meditation sequence before work. The power down before bedtime makes the difference in a good night's sleep.
