I just started this quest to better my sleep because even though I don't have any problems falling asleep anymore, (I was able to fix that on my own through a little trick called... PUT DOWN THE DAMN PHONE) I still wake up between 2:30 and 3:30 am regardless of when I went to bed or if I had a strenuous day. I look forward to seeing what this quest has to offer.

I was informed about Mindvalley after watching a YouTube video with Ben Greenfield. I've been doing my own research trying to find ways to better myself and came across Ben while listening to a Joe Rogan podcast.
