The Mastery of Sleep

"I am hoping to learn how to get myself to sleep with this course"

My name is Virginia. I am 58 years old. Wife, mother of 2, grandmother of 5.
At the age of 12 I started a terrible journey with drugs that lasted until just a few years ago. Many rehabs and psych units and lots of therapy and medications. I am clean now and medication-free except for sleep medication.

I am hoping to learn how to get myself to sleep with this course and how to get a good, deep, healing sleep. Energy would be phenomenal.
