I am looking forward to this Sleep Quest as I have not been a good sleeper for a number of years. I am fully aware of the effects this has on my everyday life and hope to see improvements by taking the course. I am also one who enjoys helping others so I intend on passing on my knowledge along the way once I begin to see results.

I’ve enjoyed the Mastery of Sleep program. I think the biggest aha for me was that being a Dolphin it’s okay if I don’t get 7+ hours of sleep. I’ve always functioned just fine on 3-5 hours but everyone else figured I should be sleeping more.
