"This course has really helped me to go easy on myself"

Before this program, I had attempted in meditation off and on and received benefit from it. But I often was unable to achieve the level of focus or deep concentration that the meditation required. I always felt it beneficial but I also felt that I wasn’t doing it right. I am a single woman, desiring a fulfilling relationship. I was married a couple of times Before, the last for 30+ years which ended in divorce due to a lot of things but mostly infidelity on his part and betrayal. I am free from that relationship but recently entered into another relationship with the person that I thought was my dream come true. He wants us to be just friends. I’m dealingWith that as well. I take care of my elderly mother, and I’m still working because as a result of things happening in my previous marriage I no longer have retirement savings. These are my stresses. But I am dealing with them so much better now and I feel strong and able to take care of myself and I look forward to my future. I have everything that I need to survive and thrive. This course has really helped me to go easy on myself. It has really helped me to focus on what’s really important and to trust my ability to love unconditionally and to forgive myself, and to take things moment to moment
