“The M Word has completely changed the way I see my life”

Upon embarking on the 33 day M Word challenge I had never been able to maintain a meditation practice. I knew it would be good for me but just couldn't seem to be consistent.
The switch for me came inside the first week where I hit the deepest most peaceful experience inside a mediation I've ever had.
The next day I couldn't wait to build on the bliss of the day before. But it didn't happen. For the next 3 weeks, I felt like every morning M Word paled in comparison. Yes, I was feeling great; more balanced in stressful situations, sleeping like a rockstar for the first time ever, more joyful overall, yet still thinking I was somehow failing because I couldn't hit that zen state inside the meditation. I kept to it, and on the last day of the challenge, was gifted with the reward offered by the practice.
I fell into another deeply peaceful place that had grown from my first visit weeks before. Those intermittent 3 weeks had not been without progress, I had in fact been seeing it in all other areas of my life.
I was enjoying my work more, discovering deeper connections within my friendships and relationships, feeling more at ease within the busy world that we live in just to name a few. I realize now that those days where I felt like nothing was happening were necessary and did more than just fill space between my wonderful bliss experiences. They were days filled with joy, ease, fewer worries and a better life being expressed overall.
The M Word has completely changed the way I see my life and it turns out that if I see it differently, things have changed faster than I believed possible.
