"My son has encouraged me to try mediation as it has helped him so much"

I have been divorced for five years and have one son in college. I lost my mom the same summer I got my divorce. I was lucky enough to raise my son and be a full-time mom. He was a very busy athlete and I was very involved in all aspects of his life and loved his schools and was a uber volunteer. It was my community and I came to meet many of my best friends there.
I am a graphic designer, creative and have become really good at executing lots of events on a school budget but am not working now and am trying to find my way in this crazy world.
Believe it or not, my son has encouraged me to try mediation as it has helped him so much. So here I am!
