I so resonated with the masterclass so I took up the quest. 
I have grown so much in my meditations it's my go-to 1st thing in the morning & when I go to sleep. Learnt so many new techniques from Emily thank-you so much which I've made into daily habits in my life. 
Like the snap exercise by legally blonde movie ?? so works among the other exercises. 
Its become a natural habit for me now to do the M-Word 1st thing in the morning!
 Love the love bomb as folks & aunt etc their attiudes have changed towards me in a positive uplifting way.
