"These were incredibly helpful tools to support the ongoing process of grief and living"

2019 February - I had already completed, The M Word, as well as, The 6 Phase Meditation. I would alternate which meditation I would use each day depending on what felt right for that morning. That February my 22-year-old son died. I continued to use those meditations and these were incredibly helpful tools to support the ongoing process of grief and living. Truly powerful, simple tools.?
