I have meditated regularly for about 2 years using an online App and enjoyed meditating before signing for Emily's class. My purpose was to learn more tips on improving my inner self so I will be readily available to be compassionate and empathetic during all of my human interactions. 
Thanks to Mindvalley for this wonderful platform and the numerous life-changing instructors made available for our personal development. 
Special thanks to Emily Fletcher for her fresh and wonderful approach to meditation. I learned so much from her and the knowledge gained has grossly made a big difference in my daily grounding routines. 

The M Word technique is awesome and part 2 tips are very useful and practical ideas that address every important aspect of our lives. Meditations for Mindful Eating, Forgiveness, and Sleep are game-changers for me. The incorporation of gratitude moments in the M Word technique ensures that I do not miss the opportunity daily to be thankful for all the gifts the universe has provided to me.
