I was so grateful that there was a Mindvalley Quest on meditation, and was really hoping that this would complete one of my goals (to have a daily meditation practice), so that I can improve myself, my life, and those around me.
Before taking this course, I felt like I was pretty confident in myself and was quite happy with my life, but now I feel MORE confident and happier, and on top of that, more aware. Aware of myself, my environment, the people around me and how they feel. I believe that this will be a really important skill to become the type of leader that I want to be, so that I can have the most positive impact on the most amount of people.
I am looking forward to taking more courses on Mindvalley, and constantly learning and improving myself to be a better human being, and to spread the love and joy with the whole world!
