"I am amazed by the transformations I have experienced"

I started this quest basically to learn how to relax. I was tense and suffering from insomnia for the past 7 years. I also suffer from hypotension which is stress related. 

The results, for me, were totally unexpected. I have slept every night for 2 weeks straight. My hypertension has definitely decreased. I will be going for another check-up in a couple of weeks time. I can't say that my life is suddenly amazing but I am amazed by the transformations I have experienced.
