I am 72 years woman who has become weaker from several incidents. 

It has been scary to not even be able to walk well. I am not giving up! I am now ready to feel alive again! I was searching for a program that I can stick to and not feel overwhelmed because of my low energy or ability. So here goes. Thanks so much for Ben and MindValley.
