I used to be active until about 7 years ago when a got a mild back injury. Since that time I had no desire to exercise what so ever, I couldn't stand for more than 10 minutes as it would induce lower-back cramping, and I put on more than 50lbs to take me from about 235lbs to 307lbs. 
Enter Ben Greenfield and Mindvalley. The Longevity Blueprint has provided both the structure and motivation to get off my rear-end and improve my nutrition. Best of all, there's no gym membership required. These simple, mostly at-home exercises are much more effective then one might imagine. Just tune into the day's lesson and go! 
To date, I've lost 51lbs (yes I'm taking that 1lbs to!), and I feel more confident . I've discovered a new love for the outdoors/hiking, and the Longevity Blue Print has easily made its way into my daily routine. I even have 1 and 3/4 abs to show for it.
