"During this quest i have learned to train effectively, and how to stay fit and healthy without using a lot of precious time"

I started paddling when i was 10 and was en elite athlete in this sport for years, and though i have now switched to dancing i still train like an elite athlete. So going into this quest i trained about 25-30 hours a week including 8 hours in the gym always thinking that more was better. Though i enjoy training it also became sort of prison for me, i was limited by the need to go to the gym regularly etc. My desire to break free from that while maintaining my fitness level was my reason for joining this quest.
During this quest i have learned to train effectively, and how to stay fit and healthy without using a lot of precious time and being independent of all that equipment, now needing little else than my own body and mind. to train. i've changed almost every aspect of how i train and i am now training better, happier and with a feeling of increased freedom and certainty. which was my very goal. i feel that this was a great starting point for my future training and knowledge of training and fitness.
So thanks to the team behind this quest.
