“I've become addicted to light morning jogging“

I become addicted to light morning jogging ??‍♀️ ?. Before, I was only doing HIIT in the morning for around 20 minutes and run maybe once a week. Now it feels different with lots of fresh air and light aerobic training. I think that I’ll jog at least 4 times a week when the program will finish and wil definitely train every and single morning, which was my wish for a long time, but I couldn’t force myself doing it consequently ?. Now I CAN ????
