After retiring six years ago, I gained 30 pounds. Even though I'm active in cycling and swimming, osteoarthritis kept me from hiking or even walking without pain. The lack of a regular schedule, inactivity and poor eating habits are also factors. With The Longevity Blueprint, I have already adopted the fasting bike ride and thermogenic shower as part of my daily routine. A fall and subsequent physical therapy interrupted my progress, but I'm back in action and just finished the Fitness Assessment. Ready to go!
