I've witnessed my life change through this program. Before doing this program I used to have acidity all the time, frequent headaches, anxiety attacks, lot of stress. Now my acidity is completely gone, I greatly reduced my stress, headaches. I cured my anxiety with Mindvalley and this program was a big part of it. I sleep better now.
