During the program I commit myself to not over-analyzed, and try not to question everything, instead, I will write down all those thoughts and then get back to them at the end of the quest to see how much of them will survive it.
I wrote a few the first week, and that was it. There was no time for questioning, first, because I was receiving the answers before I even get to the questions and second, I was feeling the difference.
Each and every week I feel the changes, in physical and cognitive levels, and the best part, all those good practice advices were in my routine with out thinking about it after 29 days. Thank You.
