After the quest I began noticing an improvement in my sleep and waking up feeling great, less stress, drinking more water and sneezing a ton less and feeling less congested. I enrolled in this quest because i wanted to not become sick and if I did not want to be bad like it was before I began the quest with bad coughing and sneezing, the quest gave me what i wanted and provided it in an easy way to implement and track progress.
I recommend this quest to everyone as we need it now move than before due to the pandemic and also it is unbelievable easy to implement and allows you to get more work done, feel less stress and have more energy with a few simple steps everyday. It also gives you the knowledge to not follow behind every health article that comes in the news and gives you the fundamentals of your health and immunity in a simple way so you will not be confused with all the health articles and posts everyday on newsletters or social media.
My biggest takeaway from this quest was noticing how I was damaging my health by sitting around most of the day doing work on my laptop, watching shows on my bed and not going out and taking the time to properly clean my environment and have fresh air.
The biggest changed I noticed was that I had more energy to do work during the day and not be lazy to sit and watch movies which helped me do a lot of work over the holidays.
The most positive change is that I was able to have my family take some of the practices I was doing because I learnt how to explain it to them properly with the fundamental science and explanation of how the immune system operates. I thank Mindvalley and Eric Edmeades for creating this quest at a time when people need it the most to have life long change.
