My profession has taught me about the immune system and human body but I never understood why the body is falls to sickness. Understanding health and learning about health are distinct things, immunity blueprint was the quest that made me understand the body in a holistic way and connect it to the nature in most subtle and affective way, I wish to explore my learnings and live this gift of life with health and happiness and hoping to spread the same with around me and beyond. I am grateful to the teachers and the entire community within Mindvalley for being supportive and constantly being around to support everyone one in the quest.
