The 5 Elements of Happiness

"Now, I am more aware of my spiritual, physical, intellectual, relational, and emotional self"

Before this program I was not paying attention to how I led my life, I thought I was pretty hands on.

During this quest I realized that I had to take a new approach to situations that seemed normal to me but didn't bring happiness, peace, nor growth. I learned that it is imperative for all humans to embark in the different planes of life to lead a happier and healthier life.
Now, I am more aware of my spiritual, physical, intellectual, relational, and emotional self. I have started journaling and can say that it has freed me from mental blockage. I am learning that acceptance is allows me to feel free, and gratitude to really enjoy the wonderful life I am building for myself and my family.
