The 5 Elements of Happiness

"The best part of the program was the practical tips and exercises"

I've always been interested in the science of happiness, but I never knew where to start. Especially, when the topic of happiness is so controversial in so many ways.
However, Tal's approach is refreshingly down-to-earth and relatable. He doesn't pretend to have all the answers, but he shares his experiences, research, and insights in a way that feels approachable and human, most importantly actionable.
What really stood out to me about this program was the SPIRE model itself. It's such a simple yet powerful framework for understanding what makes us happy, and I found myself nodding along with each element as Tal explained them. But perhaps the best part of the program was the practical tips and exercises that Tal shared for each element. Whether it was practicing mindfulness meditation, cultivating gratitude, or engaging in acts of kindness, there were so many actionable steps that everyone could take to improve their own happiness.
