The 5 Elements of Happiness

"I feel a lot more satisfied and serene"

Before this program, I assumed I knew the tools to be happy, yet felt personally that I was “on teachable“ and that it would not work for me. But feeling unsatisfied and restless also didn’t seem to be working for me either. So I went into this program with the open mind of a child. I allowed myself to be relaxed, pay attention to the lessons, And actively use the tools from each lesson. And I found that it worked! I feel a lot more satisfied and serene. No longer do I feel that happiness is an elusive thing that comes and goes as it pleases. It is something we have to work out as humans, but it is not so difficult. I am certainly a lot happier now .
