"During the program I felt that the content was very well explained and that it was really practical"

Before this program I wasn't aware that it's better to have an indirect approach to happiness rather than a direct one.
 During the program I felt that the content was very well explained and that it was really practical.
 After the program I learned that within small changes in some everyday activities regarding meditation, gym, etc, I could make much of a difference in my well-being. 
This was one of the programs I liked most!
