"I was transported to this absolute state of peace"

I just experienced ZEN.

It took me right into my heart space, my heart chakra and next started a beautiful guided meditation with soundscapes. I can't even describe it because I was so ZEN. And as I was lying there, slowly, I truly started embodying this state of ZEN and I couldn't believe this. This is my first multi-sensorial experience. Usually, it's mainly auditory, but because of the added sound, I was transported to this absolute state of peace.  And it was so helpful being a Monday morning, coming in, rushing in, and then going into "Ahhhh". So I'm very grateful for this multi-sensorial experience that Mindvalley has created for me and also all the other participants this morning.

I can envision using this to start my day. I tend to have a monkey brain and I noticed that this slowed it down and it will allow me to reach my peak performance daily by starting it in the morning.
