I left my nearly 20-year career as a clinical pharmacist 4 years ago to pursue my true passion, health and fitness.
I am 47 years young with a goal to inspire other women to view health and fitness as a positive lifestyle, not a punishment.
Through strength in mind, the body will follow. I am always open to learning and I see this Quest as something new, and very different from how I’ve trained in the past!
A little scared to go from my 60-90 min workouts 5-6x/week to 15 min 2x/week, but I have faith in the program/trainers. I look forward to sharing my results at the end! Let’s go!
