I started my 10-X journey on 23rd. January and finished just recently.
I must admit I didn't expect to gain so much transformation in my life after this quest. It's not just my body that has been improved, but my eating habits, overall health, my mood and my morning routine has been absolutely changed.
When I started this quest, I needed to find time for a 30-minute exercise. I found the best time for me was 5:00 am.
In the beginning, I struggled to wake up so early but I persevered and I am proud that I pushed myself hard until what was difficult became a habit. I continued to change more bad habits (my lunch break,, snickers bar became a healthy snack of salad, dried fruit and nuts.
My entire body felt the benefit.
I lost fat from my waist and legs and my overall muscle tone was much firmer. I noticed that when putting on my clothes there were much looser,I went from size 40 to 38. I gained so much knowledge during this quest, that will lead me for the rest of my life.
This is not the end, only the beginning! ;-) All of the good practices I developed have now become my lifestyle.
