Before this quest, I used to follow a standard fitness routine for muscle growth and would be very skeptical about other people's opinions about fitness, without solid scientific proof behind each new theory.
The reason I joined this quest was, most of all, because I wanted to expand my knowledge in this field with a credible and well-structured program.
The Mindvalley quality seal, the interesting program structure and the "science-backed" philosophy behind this quest gave me all the guarantees I needed to dive in this journey with confidence.
Now, it is with great pride and joy that I share the completion of this awesome quest! It was nearly a 1/4 of a year dedicated to a whole new level of physical and fitness learning and discovery, with passionate and dedicated instructors on our side, every step of the day.
Every lesson learned, every "Squat, Push and Pull", every rep to "Muscle Failure", every "Nutrition Tuesday", every "Isolation Routine" and every "Rest Day" have given me a strong knowledge foundation for my improved Health and Fitness Life.
I feel privileged to have been part of the beta program of this quest and helped fine-tune it for the new wave of 10X graduates.
I'm sure the whole experience will just get better and better over time! It was a pleasure to be part of this learning experience.
