Loving Tymi Howard yoga sessions. It’s nice to have my own age group as teachers – always a bit intimidated by younger teachers and some classes that are too fast paced for me. It sure makes the process of adjustment on the mat easier. I love Mindvalley’s Yoga Community and Cecilia.
