The Longevity program appears to be the answer. I just completed my fitness test and although I have not worked out in over three months, my test results would say otherwise. Must be the WildFit weight loss coupled with WildFit full body nutrition (excluding carbs). The WildFit program has reinforced what my wife and I already knew but could not implement. A low carb, lean protein, healthy fat diet is a road to better health and longevity. I look forward to completing both Quests together. It will be interesting to see the final results. Stay Healthy!
