I am very happy with the quest, I have been doing fitness for quite a while now, but I only studied how to combine heavy lifting with isolation exercises so I can build muscle.
Because of that I never felt actually healthy, nor did I feel change so quickly as with the Longevity Quest. You can tell that Ben is a master of his domain, and the way the quest is structured makes it easy to implement and to be consistent.
