"The reason that I started this quest is to maintain and hopefully improve my body composition and overall health"

The reason that I started this quest is to maintain and hopefully improve my body composition and overall health during my cancer treatments. I'm on ADT (Andro Deprevation Therapy) which has lowered my testosterone to undetectable levels. Currently 1/2 way through my treatments, I have another year to go and want to come out the other side with minimal side effects or better yet with improvements from my current state.
