"I use Qi breaks to allow my mind to let go and just be for those few minutes"

I joined this program in the middle of my exams. I had an issue of stressing myself to exhaustion while I feel like I had covered a lot of work during my study sessions this was not the case. This would be worsened by not knowing how to effectively use my 10 to 15-minute breaks using the Pomodoro technique. It was interesting to be able to use the energy I used to spend stressing on nearly completely focused study sessions. I use Qi breaks to allow my mind to let go and just be for those few minutes
